Dynamo’s investment philosophy underpins all aspects of its management and portfolio-construction activities. For operational-organization purposes, Dynamo is currently composed of three entities: Dynamo Administração de Recursos Ltda. (“DAR”), Dynamo V.C. Administradora de Recursos Ltda. (“DVC”), and Dynamo Internacional Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“DIG”).

DAR is engaged in the management and fiduciary administration of financial investment funds governed by Annex I of CVM Resolution 175. DIG, in turn, specializes in the management of offshore investment vehicles. DVC is responsible for the management and fiduciary administration of private equity investment funds. At this juncture, it should be emphasized that the fiduciary-administration services provided by DAR and DVC are focused exclusively on funds they themselves manage and are neither offered nor provided to third parties.
