Investment Goals

The objective of the Class is to provide its participants with real appreciation of their shares by allocating its resources, directly or indirectly—including through vehicles established in Brazil or abroad—to a portfolio of securities that may MAY VARY IN NATURE, risks, and characteristics, without any commitment to concentrate on a particular asset or risk factor, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory limitations and the investment policy set forth in the bylaws.

Investment Policy

The Class will invest its ASSETS, directly or indirectly—including through vehicles established in Brazil or abroad—in a portfolio of securities that may VARY IN TYPE, risks and characteristics, without any commitment to concentrate on a particular asset or risk factor, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory limitations and the investment policy set forth in the Regulation.

From time to time, at the Manager’s discretion, the Class may engage in short sales of equities. The Class may enter into derivatives transactions, with no maximum limit on transactions that leverage its net assets.

There are no limits on the Class’s investments in foreign financial instruments, provided the provisions of the Regulation are observed.

Target Public

The Class is intended exclusively for a select group of professional investors, under the terms of the Brazilian Securities Commission (“CVM”) regulations, who are partners, directors, employees, or first-degree descendants of partners of the Manager and/or of companies affiliated with it or under common control, or otherwise belonging to the same economic group (“Dynamo Companies”), as well as for funds and/or investment vehicles that have at least 75% of their units held by partners of the Manager or of Dynamo Companies.

Key Risk Factors

The Fund’s portfolio is exposed to market, credit, liquidity, and currency risks, as well as to price and quotation fluctuations of the assets, securities, and and operational instruments that compose it. Such risks may result in capital losses for the Class and its unitholders, including the possibility of a negative net asset value, and there is no guarantee that the investment objectives set forth in the Regulation will be achieved.
