Dynamo’s management team turnover is practically zero. Over time, the number of partners has grown proportionally to the growing volume of resources under management. Major part of our management team has been working in-house together almost since the beginning of our Company.

Luiz Orenstein (since 1997)

Former director of Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social - BNDES. Was also Investment Director for Opportunity Asset Management. Production Engineering degree from UFRJ, Master’s Degree in Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, Doctorate in Political Economy from IUPERJ, and Visiting Fellow at the University of California, San Diego.

Former partner of Banco Garantia where he worked for close to nine years (started in 1983). Former consultant for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Brazil and non-executive partner of Banco Icatu. A founding partner of Dynamo, Bruno holds a degree in Economics from PUC/RJ.
